I would assume AU will continue to hire an insider or someone they can manipulate. Lowder, Rane and Dye supposedly still run the program. I guess that's why they usually hire nondescript HCs, though they are historically a top 15-20 type program. It's not because they don't have the money.

Don't blame you there.

I don't mean to imply he should get it, but he absolutely wants it. I heard him on a local Montgomery sports show a few weeks ago and the whole interview was him touting is administrative qualifications. It was such a blatant commercial should have been paying for that air time.

He was in Little Rock a few days ago giving the same pitch.The man is definitely looking for a job.
