What misunderstanding? A copy of the receipt with the tip in clear view shows a $5 tip on a +$1,900 tab.

Typically big orders such as this already has an already agreed upon gratuity added onto the price. It isn't like the AD just jumped on the app and ordered a 150+ pizzas.

Thanks for the clarification Pank.

. If she ended up with only $2.50 tip then that's on the restaurant manager who negotiated the deal.

this is the amazing part of the whole faux-outrage 'saga'

anyone who's running that joint should have never let the cold pizzas leave the store without adding an industry-accepted standard gratuity for the store's employee(s) that delivered the order.

mama missed her target completely - and was too stupid to grasp that.

It looks bad, yes. But I can't imagine the manager of that pizza joint is too happy about an employee pissing off the biggest money maker in town.

Unless there's something out there other than this tweet. They never mentioned what the tip actually was. Just that there was a misunderstanding with the driver.

There was more but I want you to reread that tweet more carefully and you will see they pretty much confirmed it as well.

. The deal is between the driver and usc here.

Every time I see USC I think of the USC that the rest of the country thinks of, and it is not South Carolina.

Better yet, why would the FSU fan soccer mom that lives in Sullivans Island and deleted the post about the tip and calls it a "red and black" game be talking about that USC?

Have you read anything that I've posted so far? I've explained the process of orders such as this in pretty good detail.

I'll try to make this simpler for you.

We don't have the itemized receipt. We don't know how much the pizzas actually costed. Incredibly large orders such as this typically have a negotiated price(which includes gratuity) not reflective of any menu price. The store pays out the driver at the end of the shift.

Hope that helped.

except that wasn’t the case here. As evident by the previous quote you cited

. you should probably stop using your personal experiences to assume what’s going on here because it’s obviously not the same

Do people honestly believe Muschamp gave out the tip?

Or even saw the drivers?
