This isn’t hard. If you intentionally endanger someone’s life, it’s Reckless Endangerment at a minimum. More likely Assault, attempted murder, etc.

If the person is deathly allergic to peanuts and breathes or ingests them, then yes. It is.

Jang is more of an intelligent pot stirrer that likes to take the bad side of an argument and stick with it to the bitter end, then change his position a bit when he turns out to be undeniably wrong so he can claim to be "kinda right" etc. etc.

I dont have to change the fact pattern. I know the youthful offender will always rescue kids from karens. It protected DJ Pettway from far worse.
