He admitted yesterday to getting the Covid vax but saying he was forced because he couldn’t leave his job. If he was as smart as he says he would have thrived during covid. He’s an idiot

What a fricking a-hole. Anyone pretending this isn’t a big deal is a dipshit. This is something that absolutely should prevent colleges from offering him. It’s not an overreaction to call it attempted murder when they knew and were told multiple times it would kill their teammate. This isn’t just “hUrR HuRr We AlL dId StUpId shite As KiDs!!”
If they had done it to say the school's LEO, and the guy had allergies, I can ABSOLUTELY PROMISE that there would be charges.

Universities are a bit harder than your peanut college buddy

While WilliamTaylor loves to call me bad names, I will give credit where credit is due. This is the best reply in this thread.

We've seen this before, though. Kid does dumb, malicious stuff, doesn't face any consequences, continues to do dumb malicious stuff through college and beyond.

You are not allowed to charge people with a crime unless the victim dies - argument presented in this very thread.

quote:It's pretty obviously assault. Depends on the jurisdictional definition but...
Reckless endangerment?
"An intentional act that puts another person in reasonable apprehension of imminent harmful or offensive contact."

I don’t disagree I hate thugs in college athletics. And the ppl who are outraged have had the same in their programs and have defended them. There’s a few here who think they’re better, they’re no different than those who don’t see it as a big deal at this point.

Putting a granola bar in the locker isnt assault.

It’s crazy how this had to be spelled out.

That was not presented. That is your lack of reading comprehension on full display.

Once again you don’t know any of us and not understanding that it’s done, he was suspended, now 6 major universities are comfortable having him on their campus. It a OM logo was on his list you wouldn’t be arguing this much.
