Supposedly the SEC ranked teams by the number of wins from 2012-2022. State was 6th in the SEC over those years, so we got a more difficult schedule.
Texas and OM were way down that list, so they were given an easier schedule. Florida was higher up and Tennessee was further down. Georgia, Bama, and LSU were at the top, of course. I have seen the ranking but didn't memorize it and don't remember where I saw it.
I hope they do adjust 2025 instead of just continuing the 2024 schedule. State has the #1 SOS in the country right now and we need a break!

Don't worry you'll get yours. Hopefully they will adjust in 2026 and give you a real SEC schedule, back to back to back away games at UGA, at Bama, at LSU.
