It’ll be beneficial for Auburn to lose this game in the long run. More rest, less chance of injury, and they go into the NCAA tournament with a chip on their shoulder instead of half assing it like they have ever since they won the SEC Championship in Lexington.

Specifically that means keep an eye on VCU this afternoon and UC San Diego tonight.
