Baker-Mazara definitely toes the line between dirty and playing hard, and he routinely steps over it. He’s gonna cost yall in March.

Hopefully this last one humbled him a bit, but he is who he is.

That was a smart timeout by Beard.

Some may not know but he should be in 12th grade right now. He reclassified to play college. He’s good but another college year would do him wonders.

But the way he’s playing it will be hard to ignore a top 10 NBA grade.

Wasn't expecting such a low scoring game. Ice cold from the 3 for both teams.

Yea they'll want to draft him on his potential. He could use another year to work on his shooting.

Although he did shoot the lights out against us.

If Bilas was a ref there’d be 70 fouls called per game.

He's a huge ACC nut swinger. Has to be a miserable year for him.

Chaney Johnson is who's gonna cost us in March I'm afraid.

Chaney's looking more like himself today than he has in the past few games.

He's missed a dunk and a couple of easy put backs. Chaney needs to get his offensive game back for AU to make a run in the tourney.

It’ll be beneficial for Auburn to lose this game in the long run. More rest, less chance of injury, and they go into the NCAA tournament with a chip on their shoulder instead of half assing it like they have ever since they won the SEC Championship in Lexington.

He’s been awful defensively and non existent on offense.

Shouldn't they have a chip on their shoulder now?

Close loss would be perfect for us. No need to win this game.

Friday's action includes a number of games impacting the top seed lines of the bracket. Auburn starts things off with a chance to cement its No. 1 overall seed (if not already secured). Later on, Alabama, St. John's and Wisconsin are among those hoping to gain a full seed line with major conference tournament victories. On the bubble, the math suggests three spots are available among the fivesome of North Carolina, Xavier, Texas, Boise State and Indiana (with Colorado State and Dayton as additional wild cards). The actual number available depends on the number of bid stealers. That count is currently zero, but we're at the point of Championship Week at which things often go sideways. Specifically that means keep an eye on VCU this afternoon and UC San Diego tonight.

You never know. It could be a higher seed and a better matchup. Damn if you. Damn if you don't.
