An interesting situation for individual leader Michael La Sasso, whose group was put on the clock multiple times in the third round. La Sasso himself received multiple bad times after being put on the clock. After a discussion, rules officials chose to NOT penalize him, saying his group had caught up after the first bad time, thus taking away that first warning.

Day 4 times are posted. Looks like the winner of GT/WF will play in the 1st group with Vandy and Pepperdine.
Tee times are tour style today, with lowest scores playing last. This could make for some drama down the stretch.

True …. and the groups teeing off behind LaSasso are going to need to bring a buttload of patience with them to endure a 5 hour round. Absolutely brutal.
One thing for certain, Augusta National will NOT put up with that nonsense. You do that crap there and Gary or Jack will politely take him aside and tell him how it’s going to be … else you won’t be invited to participate in the future.
It would not surprise me to see the Az State, Oklahoma, Ga Tech and Auburn coaches complaining about his continuing slow play since their guys will be affected the most today …… doesn’t make the tv guys too happy either. There are a lot of players that have a lot at stake in this field.
LaSasso is becoming the story in this tourney…. and not necessarily in a good way.

If he was shooting 75, would they have enforced?
