Jackson Phipps is a good dude and will be quite successful in life either owning his own gym or as a personal trainer - throwing strikes consistently well maybe not.
Beamer should've recruited him to play LB two years ago - Phipps is put together.

well French sucks...so id hope you would strike him out.
When things were good a large portion of us were worried about the strike outs. Welp, the HR's have dropped but the K's remain.

Messina took a foul ball right to the dome B2 - Kingston/trainer pulled him before B3 began. radio no update on him at this point.
eta - French should have been commanded to not swing even if it meant K looking - Petry had to hit with runners on -

This guy behind the plate is awful. Calls a strike on a pitch up on Wimmer and then rings him up on a pitch a ball below the knees. Helped LSU obviously, but it’s just awful umpiring.

French hasn't been able to block a ball all season. it's what killed Carolina when Messina had to play 3B - and now out of the game today. smh

Early in the season French was fine as a saturday guy to let Messina DH. since the injuries though, French has just be awful all around. At this point this game is basically done because French just doesnt work with the pitchers
