Kentucky upsets Alabama. Calling it now

Alright so we bury Mizzou, upset Arky, beat LSU again, and then get blasted by South Carolina for a third time this season

Nah Kentucky and State are physical and will wear each other down. They won’t have anything left come the Bama game.

If the hogs dont win I hope Ole Miss does so they can get the automatic bid. I think they have a good coach and their leading scorer cant remember his name is pretty tough

Does Georgia beat Alabama in anything? Until they do, Georgia can't beat Alabama. We don't measure sports by having wet dreams, delusions of grandeur, or preseason titles. We measure sports by wins and losses.

Looks like Arkansas will still be without Jaylin Williams in the SEC Tourney... that hurts our chances to win.

State is nowhere near “physical”

We aren't planning on winning the SEC tournament anyway.

I think we lose that game on purpose.

They've lost 5 of 7 and over the last month and it isn't like they've made great strides the last few weeks
Agree. MU is not playing well and probably most importantly here is how their coach has fared in some of his post-season opportunities:
SEC Tournament:
2018 - Lost first game (had a first round bye)
2019 - Second round exit
NIT - 2 first round exits 2 second round exits
NCAA - 2 first round exits 1 Sweet 16 (Tenner)
So y'all have nothing to fear from Mizzou

Missouri had some very good players and we know what they can do, they've just been in a real rut for a while now - a little like Alabama was for a few weeks in mid-February.
If they piece it back together they can cause issues with Tillmon down low.

I don't know that we can beat MSU. Cal may have a one and done team this year. Every time I thought they were coming around they laid a big turd.
As to beating Alabama anything is possible. Alabama could oversleep, get sick, miss the bus or send the wrong sports team but us beating Alabama is otherwise slim and none.

I tend to agree with Dane Bradshaw that Alabama will be a better NCAAT team than SECT team simply because familiarity and (relative) lack of motivation could take Bama out before the finals. They've been the SEC's best and most consistent team all conference season. But of their last 8 games they have played maybe the weakest SEC schedule absent Mizzou and Arkansas...whom they lost to. I still think they are the best team in the league. Just maybe not the best for THIS tournament at this point.
Arkansas is red hot. I wouldn't be surprised if they win the SECT. However, NO team has played more home games this season and they are only 5-4 away from BWA. They have one road win all season over a team with a winning record. Can they continue great play away from BWA?
Tennessee and Florida seem to keep starting and stopping. One is going to exit in the quarterfinals. But I also wouldn't be shocked to see one make the finals as well.
UK is a darkhorse. The individual talent is there. But they have been a bad TEAM. Still, could they catch an uninterested Alabama team in an early start on Friday? Maybe. If so, I think they will reach the finals.
LSU has a reasonable draw (beating both teams they are likely to see in the first rounds). But this team can either show up with great energy and make it tough on anyone. Or just half-arse it on defense and the glass while taking turns selfishly jacking up poor shots. Considering they haven't won a game in this thing since the Obama administration I wouldn't bet on them. But if there was ever a matchup they feel confident against it is Ole Miss.
