Georgia will win the West possibly. Vandy lost their best bat. Georgia is deep deep. I just don’t get the overhype for Florida every season just like last

They lost Gonzalez but their best bat is Martin. If not for Martin, Hancock would likely be the first pick in the draft which says a lot about just how good Austin Martin is

Every college baseball thread I have ever seen on the SEC Rant has a Scar fan reminding everyone that Scar used to be good lol

I'm a realist. State had their best team in a while last year and still got swept by Arkansas and LSU took 2/3 in Starkville. It's a message board, can't read exaggerations. Too many stupid people around here to not take you for your literal word.

1 and 1A for sure. JJ has better power but Austin is the better hitter. I've never seen anyone consistently barrel up in college like he does.

Rankings don’t matter. LSU has a ton of talent and plenty of potential. Could easily have the best pitching in the SEC assuming the staff doesn’t ruin every arm again this year.

And we were a national seed last year who got swept by State and lost the series to Tennessee only to be undone by another ACC team of destiny in another regional we hosted for the second straight year.

2016 State was one of the most talented teams baseball has ever seen. So many big leaguers on that team.

It’s a stupid deep staff, headlined by Hancock and Wilcox but with 3 other guys who have substantial starting experience (CJ Smith, Will Proctor, and Logan Moody) and a bullpen loaded with experience and talent. I wish we had more proven power in our bats but we return a lot of experience and leadership off of back to back tournament teams including Tucker Bradley who didn’t play more than a game or two last year due to injury.
