That hat on the cripple has sexy. UF should have worn those instead of the camo ones.

I honestly don't care anymore. It can stay or it can go. I am about done with it anyway. I just like stirring up folks who hate Hoover that have never been.

I mean what reason is there for fans to visit a tournament that honestly lasts way too long if you're not going to put it in a location that at least has some things to do?

Guess not. He's crazy for doing it as much as he did.

Dallas is clearly the right choice. Getting to and from Dallas is easy.

Well just so we're clear it's tied 3-3 in the bottom of the 4th, A&M with the home field advantage

Dallas doesn't have any ballparks.

It actually doesn't last that long for the majority of the teams.

That's true.
But if you're planning a weekend, it'd be nice to have some options.
I have next to nothing positive to say about the Big12, but the tourney at Bricktown (Ok City) was a good time.

Arlington is currently voting to build a new Rangers stadium with a retractable roof. For all intents and purposes, Arlington is part of the Dallas area so I'm gonna call it Dallas when talking to people who don't live there.

True, but I wonder what kind of effect having to play extra games has on teams like A&M, LSU, and UF as compared to South Carolina who went home early. I'd imagine Carolina gets the edge in regionals as they have more time to rest all of their arms.

Bricktown is the perfect set up. Tons of hotels, bars, restaurants, a great ball park, everything is walk distance, movies, bowling, and such for the kiddos, riverwalk, etc etc. The only issue I have with it, is that it is in Oklahoma.

There is a happy medium between overworking guys and resting guys. Pitchers needs work regularly. A&M is deep with arm talent so no one pitcher has thrown too much and I'm not sure anyone outside of Ecker has thrown more than once.
