Saban did turnaround LSU, but Bama wasn't exactly Vandy when he came to T-town in 2007.

They weren't exactly the Bama they are now or the LSU he left behind.

He also did a decent job at Michigan State.

I haven't been either, but they are consistently good. He is similar to Brown at Texas too me, you think they are holding the program back and "underachieving" but when you look at where the programs were before they took over you get a different view on the situation...

I'm about to get blasted by the pigs but in no way shape or form is Petrino the 2nd best coach in the nation. The notion itself is laughable.

Unless he did that to provoke controversy its just asinine to rank him that high

According to Rivals: 2008 17 3*+ signed somewhere 5 of them stayed in Oklahoma 2009 37 3*+ signed somewhere 12 of them stayed in Oklahoma 2010 30 3*+ signed somewhere 6 of them stayed in Oklahoma 2011 23 3*+ signed somewhere 4 of them stayed in Oklahoma That equals 27 players out of 107, which is slightly over 25%. Would you like me to spoon feed you and change your diaper now?

You're dodging the question. How many Okie natives did OSU and OU sign each of those yrs. tulsa does not count.

I give up. I literally said the EXACT number of players in the quote that you responded to. And that didn't include Tulsa.

You must have failed reading comprehension miserably in school.

Bernie, isn't it your job to spin why Miles only mustered a career best 9-4 at OSU?

His record speaks for itself. Ask Mike Gundy about Miles.

You mean the same type of talent level and program that he left? The one it took Mike Gundy to correct and win big?
