Bama boat races, but that 08 UF team probably beats 19 LSU for sure.

2020 Bama couldn't cover Kyle Pitts and Kadarius Toney.

Healthy Percy Harvin would've torched that defense.

After the first quarter, Florida never had the ball on offense with the opportunity to take the lead until the last seven seconds of the game pinned deep in their own territory. Bama was never ever in danger of losing that game. Florida piled up a bunch of yards and points in garbage time when Bama was no longer threatened about losing the game.

I guess 35-31 was never really a competitive game, right?

Bama got lucky UF kept shooting itself in the foot on 3rd down defense in the 1st half with penalties.

Alabama barely beat a 4 loss Gator team and cfb overall was at its peak around 2007-2009

The effort of Bama posters trying to create and reinforce a narrative they probably don't even believe themselves is pretty laughable. Trying way too hard.

2020 Bama's the best CFB team since 1995 Nebraska

I take it as flattery.

Alabama fans can't enjoy their own team's success without comparing it to how LSU is currently doing, or has done in the past.

The happiest day for a Gump is when LSU loses a game. The 2nd happiest day for a Gump is when his sister wears "that dress". The 3rd happiest day for a Gump is when Alabama wins a game.

If you could somehow convert the 2008 Florida team to adapt to 2020 and bring them into a matchup with Alabama today, I think Alabama would still win that one

Florida 08 was a very stout team though, no disrespect

I dunno about specifically against 2020 Alabama or whatever but 2008 Florida was a great team.

I really like 2020 Alabama's chances against 2008 Ole Miss.
