Colorado, Tennessee, and Nebraska in the Top 5.

What a strange time.

I will get crucified from the hometown crowd but I regularly pull for Bama when they aren't playing LSU. I always pull for them in out of conference games. I respect the way Bama plays tough, disciplined, physical football. LSU beat Bama when LSU had a better program. Unfortunately, the leadership at each program is no longer equal and the advantage is a few hundred miles east of Baton Rouge. Maybe one day...

Verne called Joe Domingeaux "Joe DiMaggio".

Yeah this was hilarious. I was like 'is that guy's last name actually DiMaggio??'

Then I saw the back of his jersey and realized it was just Verne.

Woulda given them a much better game than Nebraska.

That was the crazy thing. Nebraska got throttled by Colorado, which put Florida in the driver's seat. Then Florida lost to Tennessee, which put Texas in the driver's seat. Texas lost to Colorado in the Big 12 championship, which put Tennessee in position to play Miami. Tennessee gets beat and Nebraska somehow moved back up to #2. At that point everyone knew Miami would win in a cake walk. In hindsight, Oregon should have played Miami in the Rose Bowl.

I was penis riding LSU hard that day and I absolutely loved watching Fulmer squirm on the sideline as LSU pounded the Vols on the ground. That was beautiful man!

Why would you be crucified? There are 10 Louisiana players on the Alabama roster. If you're a fan of Louisiana HS football, it's only natural to want them to do well.
