on SEC Network right now.

UT was freaking loaded with talent.

Peyton Manning, Jamal Lewis, Peerless Price, Terry Fair, Little...Just to name a few.

From 1994-2003, Tennessee had 68 players drafted; this was the best stretch by any SEC team. LSU 2006-15 was second with 64. Less was kind of a poor man's Fulmer, difference being that Phil had a good offensive mind with Cutcliffe for a while and obviously more talent at QB

Damion Craig was amazing. He carried some pretty crappy offensive talent.

He really was, led a great game winning drive against us in BR. What a heartbreaker. That ended up deciding the West

Never forget Dameyune Craig slapping that lineman’s arse when he jumped for a crucial false start.

Craig is very underrated and kind of forgotten. In my lifetime, born in ‘80, Craig is number two behind Cam. If Craig would’ve had decent running backs, they could have been a national title contender. Their D was pretty good that year. Was even better the next year, even though the team was way worse.

AU had decent RBs that year. They just didn’t have a coach who knew how to use them.

Bowden went all-in on Craig that year. When opposing defenses successfully schemed to contain him (like Florida and MSU) he stubbornly kept to his game plan and we got hammered.

Defense was outstanding. Oliver did as good a job with AU’s unit that year - with less overall talent and a tougher schedule - as he did at Bama in ‘92.
