Not really sure who will win. Vols pitching is in better shape. Hog pitching is inconsistent. If hogs pitching is on, it should be low scoring affairs Friday and Saturday. Series is really a toss up.

Should be very competitive, I don’t think either team will be swept.
It will be interesting to see how Vitello is treated by the fans. I’m sure most don’t post here so the animosity level may be lower than anticipated.

My opinion on Vitello has really changed.
Two years ago, I guess, I was of the opinion I wanted him to be DVH's successor.
His antics since, though, have turned me around on that.
I don't mean to pull this McCann thing where "the Hogs do it the right way", but I'm not sure we're the program for a coach who gets tossed out on the regular and whose players are a bit too(?) brash.
All that said, maybe we need to become that program, since there is a certain piece of hardware missing from the development center.

Now at most I'd be ok with him coming back to be under DVH as a recruiter/hitting coach but that's it.

So when UT made errors, LSU’s offense capitalized by scoring 10 runs? That’s what good teams do. Don’t make errors and pitch better. Sucks to suck.
