And Little Nicki Saban saying, "Oh, we don't target players".

Then why are you constantly looking for Alabama fans to validate it? You think I give a frick if a Texas fan mentions Colt getting hurt? I'll point out the reality.

So, it seems you are saying that the Alabama injuries cost Alabama a championship, but the Texas injuries did not coat Texas a championship. I guess that is what confuses me.

Texas lost the game at the line of scrimmage. It made Mack Brown question what he knew about football and as a result tried to completely change his schemes and philosophy. Which was probably a good part of the Texas decline after the game.

Alabama already beat Georgia a few weeks prior. And not by a little. The main difference between the 2 games were the 2 receivers getting injured. If you don't think losing 2 receivers is a big deal, then ok. In the end it doesn't matter because injuries don't show on the scoreboard. So take your win and be happy, and stop trying to ask Alabama fans to validate and/or pretend Georgia was just on some higher level.

I never think about it. We lost. The details don't matter. Injuries are part of the game. Mack was an idiot for running a QB sneak, knowing he doesn't have a backup that was ready to play.

Even if colt didn't get hurt I have a feeling we would have lost. That was the beginning of the Saban dynasty.

Uterus is not doing anything in portal. Is Sark taking Atlanta job? Their best WR moved to OU

They have a more recent championship than LSU does...

They've won 6 of the last 17, which was done in a 12 year period.

Honestly pathetic excuse for trash talk.

It wasn't a planned sneak. It was a speed sweep but Alabama read the play and took out the pitch. If Colt pitches the ball, it's likely a pick six. That forced him to keep the ball and turn up field.

The Texas line was doing cut blocks on the right side, likely expecting the ball to be well on the other side. Dareus went over the block and came down the line nearly unblocked and hit him from the side.

Well, yes. They are the ones that hurt my team.

That shoulder injury goes back to the hit that Michael Bennett (brother of Martellus) put on his arse.

He never recovers after that hit which earned him the nickname of "Cart McCry."

Speaking of that, pray for Jordan Shipley. Dude sustained serious burns on his ranch in Burnet yesterday and had to be life flighted. Critical, but stable condition.

Damn he was a great player. I hope he can recover

This championship definitely has an asterisk on it by anyone who knows college football history.

Heisman contender, most wins in NCAA history, most passing yards in school history…then in comes a freshman that throws 4 picks.

yeah, probably wouldn’t have made a difference. Bama fans are dillusional.

To be fair, 21-Eaux was pretty impressive.

The problem is that he wasn't really that hurt. Daddy McCoy came down and stopped Colt from going back in the game

Who in the world is seeking validation from Alabama fans. I just think it funny and also odd that every time the 2021 title is mentioned (Either by a Georgia fan or a fan of a different team..or even an Alabama fan) they have to put out that caveat.

I have no idea what is going on in your head. However, once again...and it's usually some of the same Tide fans that bring up Williams and Metchie...take shots at Texas fans talking about Colt. A a matter of fact, I typically see more Alabama fans bringing up Colt than I do Texas fans.

Yeah. It was probably because of our injuries.
