This morning, I heard that there was almost 1200 in the portal on the first day. Last year the number was 770. The NCAA should’ve been more proactive about 10 years ago in setting up a fair and acceptable fee schedule for college athletes.

That’s a flat out lie. He had a top 10 roster talent wise. Per247sports composite overall team rankings, LSU had the #7 talented roster in 2022. But let’s take a look a little deeper look.

2022- #8- 4*/5*- 38
2021- #5- 4*/5*- 49
2020- #6- 4*/5*- 41

Just because you have great kids in Louisiana, doesn’t mean BK is getting them. Last years class LSU only signed 5 of the top 10 players from the state. They even let Jordan Matthews get out of Baton Rouge to Tennessee. Dylan Sampson is another stud player that LSU couldn’t keep instate. I expect Sampson to be one of the top running backs next year in the SEC.
