It was the worst day of my life. Our losses were, and still are, staggering.

I no longer think of the tragedy hourly, or even daily; but a week never passes without me remembering the unspeakable horror of the situation (sounds, smells, scene, panic, terror, helplessness, fear) like it happened just this morning.

For me, no one has ever captured--in words--what Bonfire meant, like Chip Thiel (one of the injured who lived) did.

And if I remember correctly, on the 26th, the aggies beat the #5 longhorns 20-16. Great job guys! But there's more to this than just a football game. I send me deepest respect to all of Aggie fans.
