Just glad Tenner could get VFL69 a title, in any sport, in the 21st century before he hangs it up for good.

He’s too old to be embarrassing himself like this.

LSU's perspective from their couches, or Bama's perspective from the CWS?

Nothing takes the sting off a 35 point loss to Indiana like your first trip to Omaha in the 21st century

Didn't LSU have a great portal class last year? How did that work out for you?

Yet another "Bama may have whipped our asses, but..." post from an LSU fan.

Sad.

It's ok. At least LSU made the CFP.

Oops, I meant, "at least LSU made the NCAA basketball tournament."

Well, anyway, at least LSU made it to the baseball regionals.

Damn, rough year for LSU. At least Alabama didn't do any of those things.

(Alabama actually did all three.)

How many HRs did LSU have in its 18-4 win over Florida in the CWS title game…?

Only two. Florida had 3 home runs that day.

I concede the history of LSU baseball is goated and unprecedented.

However, you seem to be coming up short like Serreneaux in the bedroom with the seasons lately. Especially considering the "talent" on paper you've had.

They literally won the natty last season. And two seasons before that.

It's funny to me you love to pick
And choose timeframes.

Before the 90s Your program was nothing.

This year you didn't even make the post season. All I know is I get to watch my team in Omaha again which we can say happens about 50% of the history of college baseball. You get to sit at home and worry about lane kiffin

LSU really is the standard everyone aspires for.

Football? Well, you have the undisputed GOAT team in 2019.

Baseball? Well, you have two titles in the last 3 years.

Basketball? Everyone is already pissing themselves over Will Wade.

Feels good

The two top transfers ALREADY committed to LSU...?

Makes total sense.

So how is this guy gonna turn out any different from the high priced guys you flopped on this year?

LSU didn't even have a top 10 portal class last year. They were relatively conservative in the portal, some of that had to do with the timeline. Teams that make the CWS are at a disadvantage when it comes to the portal.

I wish we would spend the money on NIL in baseball that LSU does. This isn't a criticism, I'm jealous. They want to win and aren't afraid to spend the money to win.

Then again I care more about baseball than football. I'm in the minority, clearly.

The SEC Rant expects LSU to win the CWS every year.

Honestly, I totally get it.

Just go with it

I never said we didn't spend money on the program. We're just not as committed as LSU. It's common knowledge that LSU spends the most on NIL for baseball.

Again, not a criticism. I wish we were as committed as LSU is. There's a reason you have the best college baseball program.

Texas is only relevant again because of money. LSU baseball doesn't need money to compete and win in college baseball.

Yeahhh, no.

A&M, Arkansas, Tennessee, Texas and Vanderbilt all spend more NIL on baseball than LSU.

LSU just has the prestige that none of those have
