You may not be aware, but the money the NCAA makes for selling the rights of the BCSCG are the same regardless of who is in the game.
Now, if you want to try to make the case that ESPN, who bought the rights to the BCS games starting this season, pressured the NCAA to keep Cam eligible to boost their ratings, go ahead.
But I'm guessing that someone should have told Joe Schad that.
