it's not even game type practice though. duke doesn't give a frick anymore and your scout team is much better than their starters

run it out, use up the entire clock, and then run it out some more. get lacy and your backup RBs some snaps. let some walkons see the field, etc.
if you're scoring with 3rd string/walkons you can't do anything about that. but you can control throwing for bombs up 50 points

Anyone know if BJ Scott has gotten any playing time? I've seen Phelon out there a pretty fair amount, and that probably isn't a good sign for BJ.

Our defense doesn't seem to have that killer instinct like last year. Those guys didn't want to give you an inch and were pissed if they did. This year they seem soft.
