You act like this is Mike Sherman or Kevin Sumlin. It ain’t like it was. You’d be smart to realize that now and not have all your hopes and dreams dashed in November.

What’s going to be your excuse at the end of the year when you’re still unranked?

Miami and Auburn

Aren't the 2 best teams on the LSU schedule.

Why do we need an excuse? We’re going to win 8 or 9 games. It may or not be enough to be ranked. It’ll be plenty to be LSU.

Your posts make so much more sense in this context.

Pretty sad though. Just be the best little brother you can be.

Good point. Acceptance of mediocrity is the A&M norm.

Hey, I'm a Jimbo lover!!! I just thought it was funny to point out that it hasn't required HOF level QB play to establish the current streak. We'll see how JB is slinging it come November.

I fear y'all slightly more than State now. Kentucky will be a tough matchup for us in the SEC Championship

Are you boasting about that? That’s embarrassing.

Mond would be a garbage time RB at LSU

Why are you implying that any of us said/thought we’d be in any different position right now than where we are?
Your fan base might experience mood swings that rival those of the most emotional teenage girl, but we’re feeling fine right now.
Takes time.

Jimbo Fisher, postgame:

”Alabama has a heck of a football team and they played really well. They made key plays when they needed to. We gave up too many big plays. Our kids played hard and competed but we have to [work through] momentum swings.”

“I'm unhappy that we didn't play better and I have to coach better and we have to think better. But I'm not discouraged. No. Far from discouraged. I'm actually encouraged.”

Call it whatever you want.
But for now, that’s good enough for me.
