I noticed all the Auburn guys gushing about how awesome it was going to be when TM goes to Auburn. The rumor was the announcement was coming out yesterday. Did it happen? I haven't seen any formal news about it.

That was a trolling piece they (au-ranters) started and probably wish they hadn't.

I found it highly amusing watching them squirm in anguish after the table flipped under the "lack of ethical character argument."

They couldn't get that thread off the first page quick enough!

It isn't official yet, but on his Twitter account he went and followed every single account associated with Auburn and it's athletics. Expect some sort of an announcement today or tomorrow I would imagine.

Yeah the AU folks are saying announcement coming today. It doesnt' make sense to me, but as was posted above he's started following a ton of AU athletic people on twitter. Makes me sick.

From now on I shall refer to them as The Auburn Reform School.

Why?

Why would they not take a good safety prospect and try to win with him? I bet he never gets in trouble at AU. AU does what it takes to win.

I have my doubts about just how successful he'll be no matter where he goes. He's going to have to change his attitude, and maybe he can do that at Auburn. For his sake, hope he can. I hate to see his type of talent wasted.

Would it suck for him to go to Auburn and somehow contribute in a way that would be detrimental to our program...sure! Especially with the Barners rubbing it in our face, but at the end of the day I just wish the guy luck. Hope by kicking him off, it gave him a wake up call and a second chance that he doesn't piss away. We'll see.

why can't we keep all these talented guys HERE and play for championships like Auburn?...cause we arent lucky as frick that is why...they backed into that game...cause saban kicked a 150 yard field goal with a backup and because our secondary didn't knock down the fricking ball

I hate auburn cause UGA is everything they aren't...fricking mud pie eating alabama dirt necks...

I want him to go to UL because rooting against that defense would then cover everything on my shite list

Guys, this is all about educating the kids. So he ran a check scam and got busted smoking dope and got in trouble for skipping class and went ghetto on a tenured professor... We can't let this get in the way of educating our youths. One day, Trigga is going pro in something other than sports. Auburn and the NCAAs mission is to ensure Trigga is prepared for this...

Nah, I hope JHC does well. He didn't chose to leave and clearly has a substance abuse problem. He is specifically the type of kid we should be trying to rehabilitate. Again, I bet you never hear of any issues at UL. He will probably never get drug tested unless it's NCAA mandated. Tray and Shaq I could care less but I hope JHC balls the frick out.

That's appealing, but I kind of think of Tray like the perfect candidate to upset the team chemistry they regained when Malzahn arrived. I find it hard to believe that he'll be a positive influence while he sits out this year.

Meh,taking Tray this year only hurts them. They have to eat a scholarship, when they are already at 85 apparently. Also, who knows what a year sitting will do to a guy that couldn't handle it when his piss poor attitude got him demoted for a Spring?

When at first you don't succeed at life....enroll at Auburn.

People that are upset with what Auburn does need to take a close look at how these kids arrive at the point of playing for Auburn. The no bullshite policy puts talented kids on the market and Auburn has had success in that arena so more and more juco/castoffs are going to sign up and play there. They obviously have a formula that is working.

You can call it luck, you can call it fate, you can call it whatever you want. The fact is, Auburn is a real threat to win it all this year. They are loaded on offense and with Jovon Robinson coming in they will be loaded again next year.
