I’m like 90% certain they’re wrong that the HBP isn’t reviewable because it was called a strike. Rule 8-2(d) says it’s a dead ball as soon as the batter is hit, not once the umpire calls it dead. Plays involving a hit by pitch are challengeable under appendix E(2)(a)(9)
