is insane.

LSU Georgia and Texas all Top Ten teams.

Missouri ranked. Oklahoma ranked. Louisville ranked and possibly a CFBP team. Florida to be ranked?

Taylor for St played well. This might be OM’s hardest schedule ever come end of season?

We deserve it. Our last couple have been pretty generous.

Oklahoma looks bad. MSU is the team that will keep surprising people. Thankfully we play them at home.

Egg bowl at home and magnolia bowl at home are huge. I have already accepted UGA and Texas as highly likely losses. Just have to get lucky in all the rest

Eh. UGA is at home. For whatever reason Kirby has trouble with us. He has lost to 3 of the last 4 head coaches we’ve had and is 0-2 in Oxford

right now. I think we are receiving votes.

If we beat Auburn next week, we will likely be somewhere between 20 to 25

Eh. They beat UL Monroe and an average at best Minnesota team.

They were more impressive at the start of last year and we all saw how that ended. They haven’t really been hit in the mouth yet

Hoe many conference games have they won in the last 3 seasons? Two?
They absolutely do not deserve to be ranked for crying out loud

a bit soon for that prognosis especially since you face them at the end of the year, not mid October.

Their qb is dangerous and I think will will the to a few surprise wins this season

This team is not that same two win team.. I don't want them to be good.. but they are and deserve to be ranked.

their offensive line is better, they run hard, have good Wrs, have a good QB. and Lebby calls a great game. They are fast and hit hard on defense.. playing well for Arnett.

This is 2026 MS State team not previous years. take off the red and blue hate blinders and watch them play.

They will beat south Carolina this weekend

The exact same things were being said this time last year and they beat a top 25 team then.

They beat unranked Minnesota. Not Penn State

Minnesota is currently equivalent to Vanderbilt/South Carolina/ Auburn/Kentucky

Minnesota would beat Arkansas by 14. would Beat Vandy by 10

State played great football on the road and beat a solid team in every phase.

a solid team
If Minnesota is a solid team they would beat Arkansas by 4 TDs minimum. Arkansas was down to Utah 43-3 with almost a full quarter left to play and that Utah team also has a first year head coach

A team that finished the year ranked # 117 comes out and bears two unranked opponents to begin the year, doesn't deserve to be ranked

I agree that they are much improved. But they still have a long way to go

Folks say this about a lot of teams that end up going fricking bonkers. Taylor looks good good.
