If you would have told me we would hold them to only 2 touchdowns tonight with 1 coming in garbage time I would have asked you to please share whatever you are smoking. That's the most impressive defensive performance by us in years.

The last half of the season they rescued the offense. Our offense had scored 20 total points in the second half of the last 4 games

Defense really stepped up the second half of the season.
Just hope the whole team shows up in Nola in a month.

This is where coaching and fielding a true team of SEC level players comes into play. As mentioned earlier Durkin did a helluva job coaching up the D to a respectable level. Now we need the depth of true SEC caliber recruits. It shows especially in the trenches. We don’t have enough DL to run a 5/2/4 and once Brown went down our OL play left something to be desired at times.

Sugar v. Oklahoma or Baylor
