This offense has been really hard to watch in the second half

I mean... it's easily our worst half of offense this season right? At home. Against Liberty...

That was the ugliest 2nd half I've seen in my life.

Lane also needs to learn to take a knee at the end of games. Would be a shame if a player got hurt on a pointless play.

Agreed. There is nothing positive that can come out of running plays at that point. The only things that can happen are negative. All I can think of is he wanted to try and break a big run to make the stats look better

Fixed that for you. The problem is you have a bunch of 2nd stringers playing with guys that haven’t been able to practice. If they can do that then the offense will come together. The good thing is we got A&am at home. State won’t be a cake walk either.

A&M isn't anything special on offense but they can run the ball. They didn't score an offensive touchdown today. Calzada is average as a QB so we need to focus on the run and make him beat us next week.

just announced on the bama broadcast that game day will be in Oxford next weekend. A&M is definitely beatable but we’ll need to get healthy first. Hopefully game day means we’ll have a full (hostile?) crowd

It’ll fill up

Everyone’s coming back this weekend

Nobody’s coming for Vandy the next weekend

So basically this is it for most folks .

Plus gameday

It will work itself out

Hope Corral is healthy. I don't have a good feeling about this game. 9-3 is our ceiling with 8-4 as our floor. Belk Bowl here we come. Bundle up.

7-2 and feels more like 5-4. Why is that? So weird.

Correct. Doesn’t feel like 5-4 at all.

We are 7-2 with our only losses at Bama and At Auburn.

Lets go back to the start of the season. If the football gods told you “7-2 with losses at Bama and at Auburn” what would your reaction be?

short memories. People have forgotten the INCREDIBLY low preseason expectations we all had.

I had actually predicted us to drop the Liberty game....and that was under the assumption of more or less being at full power.

On schedule, doing exactly what we are supposed to do this season. Very happy and satisfied.
