He has done shite like that the past 3 years. Against Memphis going in at halftime he had his hands down by his side with his head down walking into the locker room. How anyone can support this man is beyond me.

This. Some of these dumbasses on here don't have a clue. They need to stay out of the cheap bourbon.

I don't mind the switch ups. Coaching staff is trying like hell to do what they can to win. That is all I ask for. Hopefully we can get some recruits in here to help these guys.

The problem is the guy he's switching in frickin sucks. Plumlee is the better athlete and quarterback and gives the best chance to win. Why waste snaps on Corral

Plumlee can run. His passing ability leaves much to be desired.

He's absolutely trash as a passing option.

Corral has an incredibly strong arm, but he consistently lacks precision and misses throws that should be gimmes. Some of his decision-making leaves me scratching my head.

Not that any of that matters because our coach’s primary qualification is that he loves of the State of Mississippi.

If they're going to do this (alternate), I think the best moves would be to let Corral run the ball so it's not so predictable that he's coming in to pass. On the flipside, let Plumlee make more dump passes, call some screen plays, etc. Also, I guess Tisdale is a no-go in all of this? Seemed like he had good touch on that pass TD against Bama..

Yeah, who knows where Tisdale factors in all this. It's amazing we are so weak in some spots yet have three QBs better than some team's best. I would imagine Corral finds another stop next season, not to mention Tisdale. The Ashford kid out of Alabama will be the backup.

Plumlee has 2 less completions with 1 more attempt than Corral. They're both trash passing options.

I know our coaches love ole miss, and since they do, can they please look back in our history and see what you do when you need to gain 1ft? This is the second time we’ve lost a game not being able to score from the 1. Leap and stretch. It’s not hard. Our guys just run into the backs of our charmin soft linemen who cannot get push if their life depended on it

Now that you mention it, that is sort of a lost art.

I can think of 3 distinct plays that “cost” us a shot a winning.

-Freaking hold 15 yards down field on Plumlees keeper (not blaming the refs-our guy should have quit blocking)
-TAKE THE DAMN POINTS AT HALF
-Corral/Moore after the pick at midfield. You cut it to a 1 score with 10 minutes left. You just have to hit that and we didn’t.

Never mind the countless penalties and not wrapping up. Those 3 plays just stick out like a sore thumb.

The group I watched the game with tonight talked about it as well. UF got stuffed at the 1 last night against LSU as well on a play. I can’t remember the last time I saw a RB try to leap over a pile.

Maybe because most teams go from shotgun now and they can’t get that downhill speed leading up to it?

Ealy or Plumlee could easily make the jump over the line. They need to build that into the goal line package

Corral did not have a bad night passing against a solid D. Heas 10-16 133 yds avg 8.3 w/ no int's. I don't mind the two qb's, i just don't like how we are doing it. Plumlee's effectiveness is going to decrease if he is our only option. Stack the box because his lame duck pass looks like garbage.

I think the Missouri player flopped on the holding call and it shouldn’t have been called. It was really stupid to even block when Plumlee was already past the corner. Not going to back Plumlee when we were inside the 10 before the half was terrible. I think we easily get a TD on a Plumlee run or a play action pass. Corral has to put more air on the pass to Moore. I felt bad for Moore he could’ve had nearly 300 yards and 3 tds with better QB play. We’re just fricked with the any decent passing offense. We can’t rush the passer and even when we blitz we still can’t get to the QB. This year reminds me of a lot of those Coach O teams that always were a couple of plays away from winning. Looking back at the Cal and Memphis game are gonna be what is remembered about this team. I think if we played those teams again with Plumlee we would win. I think the offense can be really good next year but the defense could take a step back without Benito Jones. He’s the only guy on this defense that can be disruptive. The bright spot is outside of LSU we’ve basically played the hardest part of our schedule. I think we match up pretty well with Texas A&M, Auburn, and Mississippi State. I think we will win one of those games and go 5-7 this year.

My feeling about swapping Qb’s is stop. Reason being is we all know this season is over. Why not let Plumlee use the games to work on his passing? It will only make him better learning on the job. If he makes bad throws, then oh well, this season is a wash. But he’s not going to be able to build confidence coming in and out of the game. The team just seems to play harder when he’s in the game. I do feel bad for Ealy, Phillips, and Moore, but we just have to win however we can. Let the rest of the season be Plumlee’s growing time and learning.

I just don’t think Corral fits our offense. Plus he doesn’t know how to put the right touch on the ball. I believe he gets himself to hyped up for the game. He’s running like full throttle, or someone who just snorted a couple of gator tails. If for some reason Plumlee never can become a better passer, then we turn to the next man up, but let the kid learn from live action this year. It’s not like we have a lot to lose. He is a leader only to be a freshman. A true freshman. The speeches he gives to the teams before they take the field are something that sounds like a fifth year senior. And he’s not all that terrible throwing. I’ve seen some nice touch passes from him. Something Corral can’t do or hasn’t learned to do. But I’m just another fan so what would I know.

We won't have another next man up if we crown Plumlee right now.

And he’s not all that terrible throwing.

Virtually every pass he throws is a floating int opportunity for the other team.
