Go Cohen's philosophy from a few years ago, and pitch backwards if this continues.

We had to just be off hitting last night? I mean we had to, because every pitch in the 8th and 9th was a fastball. Every pitch. Maybe they were trying to hard. Or thought for sure the next pitch would be something different. The coaches had to pick up on that. Granted it was just the last two innings and maybe not enough time, but I don’t think so. We swung under or just plain missed 80s-90s mph fastballs for two straight. It had to be trying to hard. Sorry just trying to wrap my head around that. Would be understandable if he was throwing a variety of pitches but that was bp pitching. Not taking anything away from their reliever because he settled in and found what we couldn’t hit.

Also Rolison settled down and he almost looked like he was getting back into Friday pitching form. But can’t start all these games playing from behind. Especially with Arkys bats and pretty much the whole SEC. Sorry had to just let it out for a minute. But I still enjoy the team and know it’s still early. You got to love being an OM fan and experiencing all the ups and downs. We have some of the best fans because of it though.

Now let’s see if we can jump on them early with the sub pitcher in. I don’t think he’s pitched more than a couple of innings when starting. We shall see. Nexts few weeks will tell us a lot. We do have a legit bullpen. It’s rally time.

Soft tossing lefty with a 5+ ERA? You mean Randy Johnson against us

Oregon State, Stanford and Ole Miss all lost last night.

It happens.

Really want to see us work counts tonight. Stop swinging every time it’s 1-0 and make their guys throw some pitches.

If they throw a good breaking ball we won’t hit it.

We're 4-3 in conference play. There is a good chance we aren't nearly as good as many of you think we are.

I kind of doubt when finish in that group.

there is a good chance we’re a national seed based on our talent. It was an off night against a top 5 team in the country. Stop being so down about it.

This is by far the best offensive team that will come to Swayze for a 3 game set all season.

We can hit , field and pitch but we definitely run ourselves out of innings more than any other team in the conference it seems like.

We also have been doubled up 4 times in 4 innings tonight.

I’m tired of these fricking double plays. Top teams don’t hit into 8678 double plays a game

GOOD FRICKING GAME REBELS!!!!!!

Seriously though - well played game by both. Arkansas is a great team, hoping tomorrow's game is just as good.

I have a feeling McArthur is gonna look like BP to Arkansas today. Hope I’m wrong.

That was a great win yesterday. Even if we lose today Im happy with 2-2 this week. Hopefully Rolison gets it together soon because we have to have him dealing if we want to make a run.

Also, does anybody else now kind of dread it a little when Dallas comes in? Ive never seen a pitcher regress so much in one year. Dude went from unhittable to throwing beach balls.

Yes. Went from 94-95 down to 88-90 somehow. And it’s straight. Not gonna cut it as a closer.
