We had better be prepared to pony up. If an LSU or USC type program comes after Kiffin you can bet they will be offering top tier coach type money 6 mil or more. If our AD and administration cannot see how lucrative winning is they are in the wrong gig.

Very true but we don't need get into a place like A&M are with Jimbo.. We need pay Lane but we don't need go overboard with and need have his buyout if he leaves very high

We cannot have more than a 4 year deal right? If that's accurate then pay the hell out of him and have protection in place if someone wants to swoop in on him. We should pay him enough to make others pause before trying to swipe himm
