What is a Battle Hawk? Is that War Eagle’s little brother?

Does anyone know what the word on Ta'amu was among the NFL for the draft and then for his release from the Texans? The man's numbers at Ole Miss were just extraordinary - certainly passing, but also running. His TD-Int ratio was always good, going back into his time at NMMI. He's got decent size, good speed, a good arm..showed good field generalship. Anyone here anything specific about why he wasn't drafted and then why the Texans let him go?

If I had to guess, his release wasn't quick enough and his arm strength was average at best. I've talked to a few people who played in the NFL and they said the jump from high school to the SEC was difficult but the jump from college to the NFL was like going to an entirely different planet. He probably struggled with reading defenses and the speed of the game was probably too much for him

No matter what anyone says about the SEC and it's speed, its like kiddy football when compared to the NFL. The worst NFL team in history would pick the score against any of Sabans Alabama teams.
