We can now end any Freeze conversations.

Guarantee if he was offered the job back he would take it. Hopefully Bjork redeems himself by doing it after firing Luke this year or next year

Yeah hiring Luke and blaming all his shortcomings on Freeze is pretty disappointing.

He is the best thing that could happen but won't because we do not have anyone with common sense.

I might would consider being opened minded to Freeze coming back just as long as he didn't pick up where he left off. We should all remember, that wasn't a very good place.

I don't know how his last season of 5-7 and all his scandals are so inspiring to you fools.

I couldnt care less about his scandals. And if you look at his last year he lost the best QB in the SEC for the last four games and was forced to play a true freshman. He also replaced 3 first round draft picks with freshmen.

I can actually get past his scandals, as he has seemed to have put them behind him and made things right with his wife. Who was, in all actuality, the one most affected by his "worst" scandal...

That being said, he doesn't love Ole Miss as much as Matt Luke, so he shouldn't come back just quite yet.

Is that not his fault he did not have any upperclassman ready to play?

My guess is you will not follow the same precedent for Matt Luke next season

There are a lot of double standards out there. Just depends on whom you like and whom you do not. All part of the business. As for Freeze, I can get past the scandals myself, but the part I really struggle with is how he had really "lost the team" down the stretch his last season. That was/is very troubling, and that alone should probably never allow for him to be OM head coach again.

He lost them the last two games. That's it.

If Ole Miss finishes 8-4 and wins a bowl game, the butt hurt from this board alone will be epic and hilarious.

NCAA gonna wait until we have to beat State to get to six wins before they announce they are lifting it. Better yet, until even with a win over State still doesn’t get us to six and then say they are lifting it. I mean come on, what are they waiting on? It’s not like they are sifting through new information of some sort. They already know what they are going to do.

Such a bold stance to say that an unemployed guy would accept a job paying millions of dollars a year.

If you think Freeze coming back solves all - or even most - Ole Miss problems you're an idiot.

Last weekend Matt Luke's offense generated 7 yards shy of the all-time SEC record. Make all the excuses you want about level of competition and I'll destroy every one.

Matt Luke is NOT the reason the Ole Miss D is ranked 123 out of 130. Excuses? Please.

If Matt Luke deserves blame for the defensive quality, then he deserves credit for their offensive quality - 6th out of 130.

Hugh Freeze won more games than he lost with bought-and-paid-for players, ending every sentence with "Jesus," while making calls to escort services with a University-provided cell phone - oh, while losing complete control of his staff, players, and boosters. If that's the coach you want for Ole Miss, you're an idiot. Period.

If "W"s is all you care about, LSU is always looking for more fans. Please...go.
