All the 11-1 way too premature podcast fodder that everyone wasted so much time talking about this week can finally be put to bed

Plus people are not taking 2 things into account.

#1) the injury to Jayden in the first series screwed things up majorly along the OL. We kicked Curne back to LT, kicked James out to RT and brought Akers in at RG. Georgia finally figured it out after a series or two and knew one that we can’t get a push on the Right side and can’t protect. Now we have put McIntrye in at center and kicked out Warren to RG.

#2) Golding has been here less than a year. He got some good role players in the portal but we don’t have the athletes YET to play his D. He is making do and anyone with half a brain cell should have realized that it would take a couple recruiting cycles to build his D. Go watch the film of the guys he is bringing in. They are SEC speed and lots of length on the back end and some real studs up front. Need some LBers yet though.

Considering I had our ceiling at 9-3 and a floor of 7-5 I think 10-2 in a rebuilding year is pretty damn good. In fact it will be only the 2nd time Ole Miss won 10 regular season games.

Hope Jaxson is ok. I think we could win the next two games with Sanders but I would prefer to have our guy out there

No doubt-but this game is an embarrassment all around.

No one can complain about Weis tonight. Defense tonight has been atrocious.

With this schedule, I don't think that I posted one single preseason prediction. I didn't want to touch that at all.

I’ll complain. Did you see how many dumbass HB draws we tried running up the middle?? That said I’ve turned it off and UGA fans pissed me off tonight. Worst fanbase in cfb. I’ll happily take Bama being on top back.

We had 14 yards in the 2nd quarter. That has nothing at all to do with the defense.

Maybe we needed this good old fashioned arse whopping to make sure we don’t take any amount of these next two for granted. Yeah, they suck, but we are’t next level by any means.

Running it up the middle really tricked Georgia’s defense tonight. Not that it mattered since our defense was pretty much a wet paper bag tonight.

Offense may have sucked tonight but we have up 52 points to an average Georgia offense. That is what killed us.

One great way of preventing an opposing offense from scoring is having your own offense be able to keep the ball for more than 3 snaps at a time.
