I would say my tip tier would be Neal Brown and Bill Clark. My next pick would be Mike Leach. My next pick would be Kiffin. Finally, the last picks would be any current HC not named, "Matt Luke."

Clark and Leach are on the top of my personal wish list. Leach may be hard to pull away this offseason given the success Washington State has had this year, but I think if we throw the bank at Clark, we could maybe convince him to come to a P5 program and build something awesome.

This might be an unpopular opinion, but I am not for hiring an up and coming head coach. Go out and try to either take a head coach from a stable and consistent program, or get an OC/DC from one of the big boys. Ryan Day, Cale Gundy, Mel Tucker, someone along those lines.
Sometimes you can snag a Hugh Freeze, but how often do they end up like PJ Fleck and just average.

frick no with assistant coaches and coordinators. I'm done with that. Neal Brown has been consistent for years. Bill Clark built a winner out of a shuttered team.
