Yeah I agree. I honestly think he and Jimmy thought there would be some frustration and blowback kind of like 2022 but they didn’t expect this. This has been 10x worse than 2022 because we are actually in the playoff and he is flirting and stringing it out.

I'd still be angry. This is a 50 year old man that is supposed to be a father figure to a bunch of 18-22 year olds. Not sure what kind of example this sets when he's trying to get a 19 year old to not focus on a girl or going out partying and instead focusing on working out, watching film etc... when the kid can look at him and say didn't you spend the final weeks of a season destined for the playoffs trolling people on social media, in interviews, etc...

Thats why I don’t think we are going to have a lot of players follow him if he leaves. This is just an ultimate betrayal of all their hard work and buy in to get to the playoff in a “rebuilding year”. And then he is going to bail before the last game of the season?

Yeah there is no way this can go on until next Friday. Maybe I’m gauging too much though on what’s been posted on this board ( I don’t subscribe to pay boards) but it’s getting toxic and to where there is no coming back from how toxic this all feels and damage has been done that feels like it couldn’t be repaired if they wanted it to

Lane jumping ships and not won a playoff games is going hurt more in portal too.. When he has a team right now about goto playoffs.. He will not be able say see i won got a team to playoff game won etc trying to get players where he goes... So not only will be burning bridges with players here but his whole portal king brand will be taking a big hit

1. Tell Jimmy his client has until noon on Thursday to commit or don’t. One way or the other KC will make a public announcement Friday.
2. When LK doesn’t commit, suspend him indefinitely until the administration (and attorneys) can review his current contract and can speak to the staff and players about LK’s bad faith and lack of fair dealing in recent weeks.
3. Tell Jimmy Sexton that all of his and LK’s written communications and phone records re: LSU and FL are to be preserved in anticipation of litigation.
4. Promote Judge to Interim HC.
5. Accuse LK of being in the Epstein Files.

Not saying your wrong or out of line ( I’ve been on team ultimatum for a week now , Neal decided to go full tard on their podcast today about this same thing. Like you idiot you know what an ultimatum is quit being obtuse )
But that shite like this is even on the table and could easily happen with the playoffs looming is bonkers
I mean.. this will be some 30 for 30 type of shite however this shakes out .
