Edit: Since we made the tournament I will try to put as much information in here as possible. I'll be busy this morning so bear with me.

If we were to win 3 of our next 4 I'd have to give AK a lot of props. If we finish 10-8 or better in conference I would be forced to admit I may be too hard on him.

I'm always on the basketball bandwagon, I just don't like AK as a coach.

I don't necessarily think it is a must win. We just have to split or come really close to splitting our games with LSU/ARk/Bama/ and UF. Then don't drop any to the bottom feeders. The SEC is in a much better spot this year than in years past. It might get 5 teams in.

Not dropping the bottom feeders is key. We could win just about all of those games you've listed above but if we lose to State, Auburn and Mizzou we would be done. It would be true AK fashion to do so.

We need to start getting some quality wins and this would be huge because of away game bonuses.
Currently, our best win is a home win vs. USCe and a neutral court win vs. Cincinnati.
Arky will be a top 25 Kenpom team by the end of the season most likely, and a win @ Bud Walton would likely be our signature victory.
If we don't beat Arky, we need to at minimum go 2-2 in our 4 games against UGA and Florida, and beat Arky and LSU home.
Luckily we get 2 games against LSU, Arky, Georgia and Florida.

This is key. We go 4-4 in those games I think we are in decent shape. 5-3 and we are in great shape.

Pretty much this. I'm still pissed at the TCU and Charleston Southern losses though. We had no business losing those games. Especially Charleston Southern.

Looking back I can see why it happened. Moody, Jarvis, Rhett, Smith, etc. all had to learn to coexhist on the floor at the same time. That isn't easy. Moody and Jarvis are just now figuring it out.

The WKU loss was just as bad. We got outscored 40-14 down the stretch after being up by almost 20. The Hilltoppers knocked off #24 Old Dominion yesterday so I don't think they're that bad of a team, but that was one we should've had. Rolling into Fayetteville and coming home with a W would be huge. Our RPI is 56 and there's a lot of basketball left to be played. Our guys need to take it one game at a time and focus on LSU
