No chance, but if that happens, he has to be an OM lock

Well, maybe not "no chance," but the logistics of that are just funky

That would be interesting.

I'm sure if it happened you'd see a bigger melt in Austin than anywhere else in the SEC

I don't think anybody knows anything, but I do know this... this whole Arch thing gonna be very interesting over the next two years, and the rumors will be rampant.

My gut tells me that this won't take 2 years to unfold. I think he commits before his senior season and won't be one of those kids who commits then decommits. I think a year from now we will know where he is going to play college ball.

Nah. Cooper will give him the same advice Archie gave Peyton and Eli. Take your visits and commit at the end even if you have a good feeling of where you're going

Which honestly is the best thing for him to do. We hate it as fans but it will keep his options open and he won't be hated if he goes back on a commitment down the road

Yeah that would be correct. I remember talking to Cooper for a while the Summer before his jr year of high school and there was never any pressure on where to go, not even what sport to play.. I can’t see Arch making an early decision at all.

He’s not going to Ole Miss. He maybe shite anyway. There are tons of good HS QB’s that are supposed to great but end up like crap. I’m going with Texas.

I hope Arch was paying especially close attention to that Texas program Saturday. It should not, or at least you wouldn’t think, it was very appetizing.

How do you know?

There is nothing at the moment to suggest Arch Manning will be shite.

The team that just got ripped to shreds on national TV by a mid tier SEC school? When Texas joins the SEC, they themselves will be mid tier for years to come as well.

I've heard multiple coaches say that people put way too much stock into the belief "winning=better recruits". It's all about relationships.

They said usually if you lose a game, the next phone call usually goes something like "yeah I saw y'all lost coach but y'all would have won if I was out there".

Yeah good point, makes sense.

But it won't stop me from melting if we don't get him
