Yeah, he really went off against (checks notes) Marshall.

So, Judkins averaged 12.4 yds per carry in that game. Henderson averaged 12.7 yds per carry. Take out Judkins 86 yard TD and that average falls to 6.69 yds per carry. Maybe, just maybe, Marshall really sucks at run defense, yet most of Judkins runs were very pedestrian.

I don't miss him at all.

I think maybe something we don’t know is coming with Bentley. He tweeted something about the light at the end of the tunnel and in Dart’s post game presser he was asked about Bentley and he says don’t be surprised if he gets in and takes over a game…thinking maybe he’s getting out of the doghouse or just being rested for league play? Either way, we good.

VTech ran for 208 and they haven't been worth a shite for a while.

Don't get me wrong....Judkins is a good back and can be very good. Was just going to be very bad for us because of all the issues.

I know he had to go by the end. Just want some of yall to finally admit that the locker room issues made you blind to the fact he is a super talented running back who we do not have a good replacement for.

Also, if you think Q was a cancer but Hugh Freeze is not, maybe sit this one out HJJ

It's a little early to be taking a victory lap here don't you think? We've rushed for almost 1,000 yards. While the competition hasn't been there, I'm not sure how much better Q makes this team in the first 4 games.

Nobody ever said he wasn’t talented. But he’s not the type of player that will turn your team into a contender. No running back is unless they’re named Reggie Bush or Derrick Henry.

Multiple people in the season long thread said that Q would have less than 600 yards rushing this year and laughed when I predicted 1,000-1,300. He is over 330 after 3 games. And before you point out the level of competition, our schedule has been just as weak.

No, he wouldn’t have made a difference in the games we easily won, but you can still see us missing him when we need the tough yards. we will need more tough yards in SEC play. We shouldn’t have to risk Pegues getting injured like Nkemdiche did against Memphis on every 4th and 1.

Actually I already pointed out OUR weak schedule. We're on pace to pass last year's rushing totals at this point and to be honest we wouldn't have been able to improve our O-Line if Q was still on the payroll.

It's weird to me that you're complaining about tough yards when we're averaging over 50 points a game and well over 600 yards a game.

That may end up being the case this season. Now is not the time to be making that argument though.

Is him being a super talented running back blinding you from the locker room issues?

I’ve always wished him the best and don’t hold any negative feelings towards Judkins personally. You guys gotta remember.. he is a kid. What is he 20? He gave us a lot of great games and effort, and we certainly benefitted from his presence most certainly when he was a true Freshman. Ego happens. Sometimes people need to be humbled. I hope he learned from it. We can sit here and play coulda shoulda woulda, but yeah I mean I wish him the best and imagine if somehow we get linked up against tOSU in a playoff game. One big reason I’m butthurt the USC v OM series was cancelled given Lane’s history with USC. We really need a premiere OOC game.

No not a kid and he is a legal adult. I used the term lightly. But let’s be real.. he isn’t being drafted into war. He is a 20 year old playing college football in an ever growing social media age / NIL era. He got an ego. But how do we do without him when he was a true freshman or even some games his sophomore year? shite happens.

Sidenote I’m one of your few Freeze sympathizers but sadly man I think that ship has sailed.

Then it doesn't matter how talented he is. He isn't the only super talented player on the roster. We can't jeopardize this team because of Q's talent(which was very underwhelming last season)

A running back's only real goal isn't to break long TD runs. That's great and all but their main purpose, especially in our offense, is guaranteed short yardage. Judkins proved time and time again, last season, that he was very unreliable in that area. When we needed a yard or two to keep a drive going, he was almost always stopped at the line.

The problem was he hesitated after receiving the handoff giving time for the defenders to get past the blocks. The reason we're all so big on Bentley is because he ran full speed after the handoff and had great vision finding the openings.

Judkins contribution to the team < money demanded + bad attitude. Simple equation really.

Watch Bentley blister LSU on this TD.

The DB who he runs past like he was standing still (#14) is Andre Sam. He was named the LSU defensive player of the year, and was a 7th year "Super Senior"

No idea really. And I am hearing mixed signals (not that I am tied into the program in any real way).

But I'm going with the theory that we are saving him for later in the season. Basically he and Parish are interchangeable. So if he really did have some sort of sprained toe, there's no reason to push it.

Someone else will get hurt for sure, and Bentley will be fresh and ready to go for the late season push.

That's what I'm hoping, anyhow.
