These running back additions give me the vibe that Mills Knight isn’t ready to see significant playing time. I had high hopes for him.

Yeah I've heard he's just still very raw. We needed depth in the RB room anyways, asking Lacy to have another 250 carries next year isn't sustainable. Need depth to keep everyone fresh.

I agree. I understand how depth works.
The point is usually backs want the ball, and to bring in the guys with significant playing time and plenty of other options, says the current ones won’t see the field. (Outside of Lacy)
