If I'm Hunter Elliot I don't bother coming back this year risking further injury. When he comes back we will likely be 2-10, 1-11, or 0-12 in SEC play. Season is over for either of those scenarios.

I knew pitching was suspect, but I figured outhitting all those BIG teams and more development with the arms had us sitting in a good spot.

I don’t think we’re as bad as our 0-6 record indicates, but pitching is so dog shite that I could see us finishing last in the division. If pitching steps up just a little bit I could see us ending up top 6 in the conference. I really don’t know which way this team will go.

Friday went to script. Our closer choked. We hit some good pitchers this weekend though. We're gonna have to have about 4 arms really step up to make any noise this year.

Rebs are 14-22 in our last 12 SEC series, including being swept four times in that span (while only sweeping twice).

Just a little bit? We've given up 7+ runs in every conference game and are already six games back of .500.

Get our leadoff man on and he acts like a dumbass getting picked off. Should be a 3 run lead instead of 2.

It's really bad when we are starting a guy who isn't good enough to be a midweek starter for us on Friday nights. Dougherty needs to be sent back to the bullpen.
