In fact, the chance of him making an instant impact for Ole Miss on defense is more likely than not given the substandard recruiting Ole Miss has done at that particular position.

Well, in fairness, the staff has been waiting on P-Willie's call. Then that won't be a problem.

They look pretty similar to me. Little has quicker hands and feet, but Tunsil was a better "pure blocker" coming out of HS.

The consensus is Tunsil was the better pass blocker out of HS and Little is the better Run Blocker. Little is more polished, technique wise and played in against higher level of competition. Both ceilings are the same and athleticism is similar.

Yeah Little will probably be a top 3 pick as well.

The biggest thing Little will have to learn is to anticipate and defeat various pass rushes other than the typical bull rush. Honestly with as athletic as he is, he should pick that up going against Haynes et. al. over the summer.

Little may have faster hands but Tunsil has extremely quick feet for an OL

I think Greg Little is going to be moved to the #1 overall player in the country on Rivals before it's all said and done... He's gonna handle Gary in 1 on 1s at Under Armour practice this week rep after rep and leave Mike Farrell no choice... You heard it here first.

Man that will be amazing.

Metcalf needs to show out at the Army AA game and get that fifth star.

Imagine if we have two damn left tackles be top 10 picks within four years of each other (More likely 3 if Little shows out) That's pretty damn good.

Anybody still expecting to get Drake Davis?

He's wearing LSU gear at the UA checkin

I think he'd be a good compliment to Metcalf

Yeah I see those Gerry Hamilton Tweets on Drake.

Seems he's getting haircut at the place too . Wonder if under armour pays for all of that.

Well he's either trolling lsu hard and creating more build up to the announcement or His dunk contest at Les Miles house swayed him.

Says he will announce at the game.
He's done a solid job of increasing hype that's for sure.

He's trolling. He's the son of Lester Earl. If you don't know who that is. Look it up.

Greatest troll of LSU for all time.

I don't think he's trolling. I think he's going to LSU

One of the nation’s top defensive ends has a new top five list. Aubrey Solomon, a 2017 4-star defensive tackle from Lee County High School (Leesburg, Ga.), told SEC Country that he has a top five of Ohio State, Florida State, Florida, Ole Miss and Georgia, and that’s in order. Tennessee was on his recent list, but it dropped out of the top five. The 6-foot-3, 305-pounder told us why each school was standing out. 1) Ohio State — “They just came at me the right way. My mom and I think their academics are pretty amazing. I just feel like I can call that place home.” Solomon also said that the Buckeyes have recruited him the hardest of the five schools. 2) Florida State — A big reason why is family (his sister attends Florida State). They also “breed d-linemen.” 3) Florida — “I like their defense a lot. They really get after the ball. I like that a lot.” 4) Ole Miss — “I don’t know much about them. I need to do more research.” Ole Miss once a co-leader with Georgia, but it dropped because Solomon has not had a chance to look into the school more. 5) Georgia went from first to fifth on his list after the school decided to part ways with Mark Richt. “That just really threw me off,” Solomon said. He still has one connection to the old staff, and that’s defensive line coach Tracy Rocker. The Bulldogs assistant wants him to visit soon. “He wants me to come in January to see how the new staff is,” Solomon said. “He doesn’t want me to rule them out yet.” He doesn’t know if he’ll make it to Georgia next month, but he knows for certain that he will make visits to Ohio State, Florida State and Miami at the end of January. Solomon is rated as the nation’s No. 7 defensive tackle in the class of 2017 and the state of Georgia’s No. 15 prospect.

Pretty neat that we are in his top 5 and he hasn't even visited the school or done any research.

2017 is still a lifetime away in recruiting. We will flip Cam Akers though and the anger will be glorious.

Free Rivals Content .

ATH Shyheim Carter Kentwood, La.

It's tough to sniff out where Carter is headed and according to him he's yet to schedule any of his official visits. He did however say that Alabama, Ole Miss and Georgia are the schools recruiting him the hardest and he's planning on making trips to all three in January. The odds-on favorite to land Carter remains Alabama, but he's keeping his decision under wraps until National Signing Day.

What he said: "Me and Coach (Alabama defensive coordinator Jeremy) Pruitt, we've been having a good relationship since he was at Georgia."

That's fine if they don't want to consider us a threat to land him. It makes the outrage even funnier.

I don't worry about what the national people say. They have a broad scope, but their sources close to individual situations aren't nearly as good as the team specific sites'.
