He is currently 3rd string I believe. We don't have 15 quarterbacks on campus like many State fans like to think

I think us losing Liggins opened things up with him at QB. He was third string during spring and Werner loves him. Has excellent footwork and the best arm on the team. I honestly think he has a great shot to be Bo's successor

He weighed in at 290 when he came to Starkville in January. He could easily move to DT.

I wouldn't mind having him on defense because he's pretty damn athletic for a big guy, but I dont want somebody that's gonna come in and get some of our other players to start screwing up.
Also I'm sure he'll weigh around 350lbs by December with him sitting out a semester

Liggins would be an elite DE or TE. Looking at our needs I'd say it's pretty obvious he will be playing TE for us and I wouldn't be surprised if he was the starter there in '13
