Fox does expose the liberal propaganda machine as much as it creates its own in the process. It is mainly about entertainment. I mean look at how they try to grab the blue hair conservative viewers with attractive reporters wearing skirts way above the knees. They are selling sex appeal with conservative ideals lol. It's all about selling a point of view and making it look good. A lot of older conservative Fox viewers don't even acknowledge this, but it's the truth. Fox is trying to inform people as to why republicans are right and democrats are wrong, but when they leave the studio the two opposing groups go to midtown and have cocktails together.

Ted Turner killed the news business. I say it all the time, but I'll say it again: it's not news, it's Infotainment.

Yeah, that and the BBC are far better than any American media.

Al-Jazeera has a pretty noticeable lean, I don't really trust their international coverage, especially Middle East.

I like Reuters.

yeah.. AJ has some bias. I watched some when they first started up, then watched a segment on gun crime in Chicago. Took just a few minutes in before they started laying blame on businesses outside of the city for the problems in the city, complete with marches and protests against those businesses and never addressed the poverty, lack of education, jobs and such as being the underlying problem.

Best thing to do is, get news from at least 3 different organizations, preferably with different leanings and make your mind up for yourself. I do enjoy getting viewpoints from outside the country often times though and one series I think is about as unbiased as you can find is VICE. I tried to research reporters and their previous experience and reports and for the most part, it seems they truly are pretty independent.

Fair point.

There's always some bias. The ability to filter through it is important.

This.

It baffles me why anyone gets their tailfeathers in a twist over any major network, tbh.

Their opinion pieces can be downright childish, I'm talking MSNBC level.

And that's what I do. I don't read any newspapers or watch tv, so I get on Twitter and I do follow AJ English, because they do have a unique perspective. Outside of that, it's BBC and Reuters for me. Occasionally I'll read some Drudge or HuffPo, but they're less journalistic and more "shock/offend/opinion-based".

during the morning news name one thing they report a bout democrats in a positive light. Hannity, replace democrat or liberal with word jew he sounds like a nazi. They spew lies over and over until it buries the truth.

Name one thing. Just because I don't like fox news or Hannity doesn't qualify one to be a racist. If you're a millionare you should vote republican if you're not your voting against your own interests.
Democrats helped bring along little things like Security ( unless your parents or grandparents are rich I'm sure they are glad to get it.) Paid holidays, paid vacations, maaternity leave, Medicare.
Reagin, granted amnesty to illegals, anchor babies, destroyed the budget
Although I hold democrats responsible for NAFTA.

This post is what's wrong with American politics in a nutshell. Us vs Them, the other guys lie, etc. No wonder independents outnumber Dems or Reps.

You realize Drudge doesn't write his own news? He links to Reuters, BBC, etc?

I don't get the whole bashing drudge. He doesn't write anything. It's just links to AP, Reuters, NYT, WSJ, etc.

Because the vast majority of liberal\democrat women are the ugliest pieces of shite that have ever walked the face of the earth.

At least the women on Fox are (mostly) hot. Why would I want to look at Rachael Maddow when I could look at Megyn Kelly

With 99% of news outlets leaning left at least it's nice to have one that leans the other way.
