The growing hate started way before Lincoln was elected. It was more of an overall North vs South thing that had started years before.

if the best president you can think of is Reagan, you need to turn off talk radio and go read a history book

Reagan in my life followed closely by Clinton.

Clinton was easily the best of my lifetime (I was born 5 months before the 1992 election)

Where I did I say I thought he was the best? I listed him among my top favorites..I don't hold a single personal favorite president.

The thing about Reagan is he had more scandals and alleged corruption than Obama could ever dream of, so the right losing their minds over Obama, while lauding Reagan, is really funny.

Reagan at least worked with the other side of the isle. Obama is unwilling to even consider such a thing even though we have a divided congress.
