Which SEC state was this wedding in?

Best I can tell from that sign on the right, this was Georgia.

btw, I looked them up. That dude turns 55 today.
He looks to be in his 60's in that picture from several years ago.

For some reason, when I see the Confederate flag in Georgia, I don't mind it all that much. I think its because I immediately think of the 1970s and Dukes of Hazzard.
