When did telling the truth get re-branded as "fat shaming"?

Was this around pre-social media?

When we started worrying about feelings rather than face reality

Of course it was. You just didn’t hear about it because no social media.
You think there weren’t fat people arguing with doctors before social media?

When the number of fat people got to the point that they gained social clout. It could get worse. They might use their clout to force changes in accommodations and other areas where they meet resistance from thin people. They are the majority, after all.

People who are unable to control their emotions (feeling ashamed, hurt feelings, etc) are the ones wanting to control everybody else's speech.
Obese people are fat and ugly.
Girls with high notch-counts are sluts.
Women do not have dicks.
frick all the nonsense coming from these mental defectives and pussies.

Growing up pre internet,by a mile,I remember some uncouth kids, but it's nowhere near the crapheads we have today.
My suggestion is for kids to stay away from social media except for family.
There are horrible people out there.

A couple of things:
1st - there is no culture, just victim narratives
2nd - the truth is racist.....and sexist....and some other "ists"

Well, the truth is taboo anymore in America.

It’s situational to me, some folks just want to whine and complain about everything and beg for attention due to perceived but not real slights. And then you have your dickheads who want to be free to insult everyone as they may without anyone calling them out on it. Both of those types exist, neither better than the other. May they be forced to share padded cells with one another.

IMO the people you take issue with on this topic are the vocal minority. There’s just no way everyone is down with the fatness.

When fats outnumbered healthy
Or
When Obamacare began.

... or when the number of fat's chicks dating outnumbered those staying at home all alone.

Fat people “CAN’T HANDLE THE TRUTH.”
Fat shaming came into existence when social media really exploded and fat fricks started demanding people accept their disgusting way of life. The body positivity movement isn’t doing a damn thing. It’s clear by the continued explosion of the obesity epidemic in the US of Fattasses.
And yet... we vilify smoking, also a personal choice. Refuse to hire, at least in the healthcare industry, if you do.
As long as we are mired in the shitty insurance reality of health, fatties should be paying large premiums.

Probably because other people have to deal with your filthy habit. Thankfully this country has thrown you smokers out. If you want to kill yourself, don't try to take anyone else with you.
