If you have a worthless degree, become a barista or
Why not work as a barista directly instead of getting a liberal arts degree before?
I could go on. but damn. Learn a trade that's in demand. Or become a teacher with red/purple hair.

After 3 years of religious studies I left school and enlisted in the Navy. After several years of accumulating credits through the Navy Campus program I was awarded a Bachelor of science degree with dual majors in Philosophy and Nuclear Technology.
My wife calls it the Dr Strangelove degree. Simply having A degree got me a nice job post USN administering Quality Control in the pet food industry, but it mostly serves as a lead in to sea stories.

I got a few certificates CCNA CCDP years ago. I had to get my FCC telecommunications license years before. None of those certificates were available in collage.
I got them while working. I went to school at night. Tech school.
I can do math, but even if i couldn't do advanced math I'm convinced our education system is fukd up.
I tell my grandkids to learn a trade. And if they get a business degree that's a plus.
