Ride back roads in the country drinking whiskey, smoking cigs and listening to music.

2-5 no-limit texas hold 'em at the Bellagio in las vegas is #1 for me...then it falls down to:
Shooting guns, drinking crown on the rocks, watching a Jenna Jameson DVD, betting horses, camping, fishing, take in a baseball game, reading a good book, going to a good sports bar for cheap beer and greasy nachos, etc

Running, mtn biking, hiking. Sometimes afternoon beers on a sunny day do the trick as well.

Doing algebra really relieves all my stress.

Algebra and trig are fricking fun, I don't care what anyone says
Calc can go frick itself, though.

Golf ... or even a visit to the club with the intention of getting in 9 or 18, but having my intentions knocked-off course when I peek in the bar and see a bunch of the guys in there with beers all over the tables ... same outcome, stress relieved.
If I cannot get to the course I'll spend a few hours on stress fish LINK / diddling with my stress crystal or working on my Bikram Yoga.
