I left my wallet on the toolbox of my truck after putting away the stuff I picked up at Target (Walmart is terrible). When I got back to the office it was still there. That's not too surprising because I don't drive crazy but I left it on top of a receipt and not directly on the diamond plate. I'm a little amazed that it didn't slide right off that slippery receipt paper.

I'm one day closer to vacation.

Very thankful for family, friends and a job.

Well, I guess that's something.

Maybe that's a metaphor for something really great in your life.

I'm thankful for chew and the ability to chew in the office. Chew is good. God is good.

this is more of a something i take for granted that i had a convo about earlier so hopefully that fits into the thread.

being able to see well- was having a discussion about glasses/contacts/lasik earlier.

i was in grade school but i still remember leaving the doc's office with my first pair of glasses on and being able to see leaves on the trees. then that sunday going to church and seeing actual people not blurs across the pews. simple, but truly a blessing.

I vividly remember this exact same experience when I was 9 years old.

And as always another day sober, thank you God.

My son sat up on his own for the first time today. Also, he appears to have discovered his penis.

Good times

Eight years ago today my wife became the luckiest woman on earth and married me. Only kidding she is way above my level and I think her seeing me in my dress blues might have helped me look better.

If I don't get the position, I'm at least hoping for a free flight and a day or two out there.

I've been through the airport before, but that's it. Flying in on the 25th and leaving out the 1st, so should have time to see some things.
